Pokemon Go frequently organizes special events and Community Days. Community Days are monthly events that focus on a specific Pokemon species, during which players can encounter increased spawns of that Pokemon and have a chance to catch a shiny variant. Events often introduce temporary features, bonuses, or limited-time Pokemon spawns, encouraging increased player participation.
• In-App Purchases:
Pokemon Go is free to download and play, but it also offers optional in-app purchases. Players can use real-world currency to buy in-game items such as additional Poke Balls, Incense (which attracts Pokemon), Lucky Eggs (which double experience gained), and premium raid passes.
